VILMAR is a powerful French-Romanian company of the GROUPE GENOYER, an international groupe specialized in the manufacturing and sales of Gas / Oil and Petrochemical piping equipment for processing, transportation and storage. The personnel's ambition and the cult of the customer make as the Groupe's turnover 2 billion French francs.
Vilmar, the largest industrial company of the GROUPE GENOYER, was established in 19-th December 1991 with registered capital of 4.86 billion lei. At present, Vilmar has registered capital of 30.025.000.000 lei of which 99.9825 % is international capital. VILMAR is based on a 25 hectare site , 12 of witch are covered, in the southern industrial zone of Ramnicu-Valcea town, at 180 km kilometers northwest of Bucharest.
With a number of approximately 700 employes working in production, VILMAR manufactures and sales a diversified range of products with applications in industry: Chemical, Petrochemical, Oil and Gas, Power, Nuclear, Metallurgy, Automotive, Rubber, Transports,....
The Vilmar production is structured around four divisions: FORGING, MACHINING, FITTINGS and PRESSURE VESSELS.
Our Quality Assurance has enable us to supply products that meet the Clients requirements and to develop our export market up to 94% from turnover. Our consistent Quality Assurance Policy guarantees the high standards and reliability to VILMAR products. The Quality Assurance Management System approved by Lloyd's Register Quality Assurance Limited according to ISO 9001, ASME Certificates (U, U2 and PP stamps), TUV Certificates (AD-Merkblatt: W0 / TRD 201 and TRT 009; DIN EN 729-2) and Lloyd's Register of Shipping, has enabled the Company to manufacture also components for nuclear power stations.
